Do you ship?
Unfortunately we do not. In our experience, shipping can cost more than the product so we have opted not to ship at this time.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver to your door. We deliver orders over $150 anywhere within the 275 loop for $25. Orders under $150 can be picked up or delivered for an additional fee. We will deliver up to 10 miles outside of the 275 loop for an additional fee.We will schedule delivery during the order process to ensure someone is home to receive the order and make final payment. *Please note, delivery does NOT include installation, you will be responsible for moving the item into your home. We recommend a two-person team to move your piece.
Are your barrels authentic?
Yep! Our barrels are sourced right from a cooperage in Louisville, KY. They have only ever been used for bourbon and smell delicious!
Can I pick the brand of bourbon for my barrel?
As much as we will try to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee availability of specific brands. We will let you know which brands we have at the time of your order for you to pick from.
Do you offer customization?
We do! We can customize various aspects of your build from pulls on a display case to monograms on your side table. Please inquire regarding custom projects. There may be additional fees for customizations.
Can you put my favorite teams logo on my build?
We do not reproduce licensed images.
I'm ready to order, what's the process?
We are so excited to build a one-of-a-kind bourbon barrel piece for you! Send us a message from this site or our Facebook page to get started. We will get back to you within 24 hours to discuss the details of your project.
Do you need a deposit?
We do require a 25% non-refundable deposit via Venmo or PayPal before we start work on your project. The balance is due on delivery via Venmo or cash.
What's the turnaround time?
Typically, we can deliver your custom project within 10-14 days. However, during our busy seasons (Christmas, Father's Day, etc) or depending on volume of orders, we may need a little more time. We will always communicate with you regarding timeframes during the build process.
I saw a really cool thing online, can you build it for me?
